i thought my pace was 64 not 63 so thats what i shot for. was not a bad workout, but was hard. i think i could have exerted myself more to hit paces, but that wouldnt have been a proper 'workout'. the 100s were 95% effort. there was a lot of wind on the home stretch, but not on the back stretch so I did 100s there
somewhat jokingly, both Mary and I think the GRB track is long. effort was definitely higher than the result for a lot of our reps
