9 hours sleep, light cycle wakeup. 10 minute nap, 55 minute foamroll prior.
felt fine, a little tired from first rep workout yesterday. whipped out the broom and bugspray and rolled on the porch for a whole damn hour, focused on the vastus med thing. dont think ive ever rolled something so painful before, but its been that tender to roll for a year so i just avoided it, stupid. seems to have done some good because the usual left knee feeling happened the first 15 minutes but to a noticeably lesser degree. nothing hurt the remaining hour
