2 ibuprofens again this time so pretty much no hip, hip flexor, or groin pain or limping. the uncoordinatedness / floppy legs feeling was still there, Im told its cause of the dry needling. picked up the pace 25 minutes in and it felt better and less floppy so I think were headed in the right direction! probably lost some speed at this point despite still feeling in revenge long run shape, so I think road races are in order for the time being.
