3mi steady (6:06/mi)
decided to tackle another TEMPO LONG RUN (almost) which turned out pretty unspectacular as far as workouts go, but at least the run went ok overall. hid a gatorade at the 9 mile mark on the way out which helped but stopped a lil early after my shoes started squelching at 90min which caused my blister tape to come off at 100min. been wanting to do a fellsway LR for a while now so this was pretty hilly, maybe a fartlek would be better for this kind of loop
