Days like today remind me how painful distance running can be. 1200 @ 5k pace (a little faster), 2 min rest, 400 @ mile pace, 3 min rest, repeat. Solid headwinds on the home straight, but I kept it together and never faded. Best news is I can run 75's in my sleep now. Flats for the last set.
