Notes

My joints felt a lot better on today's run. started at 7:30 pace and worked up to about 6:50 by last mile. Overall I felt pretty good. The bike workout was moderately challenging, 15 second sprints with about 5 minutes recovery (moderate to hard effort), but it went smoothly and I felt like I could have done more. I think I am getting used to the higher volume.
