Bench: 4 sets of 10, 8, 8, 6 @ 95 lb for first 3 and 105 for the last
Squat: 4 sets of 8, 8, 8, 5 @ 115 for first 2, 135 for 3rd, and 155 for 4th (It went something like that, it might have been 5 sets?)
Deadlift: 5 sets of 10, 10, 7, 7, 7 @ 95 for first two then 115 for last 3
