Ran indoor mile repeats at UMary with Max and Logan. Before we started we ran a moderately paced 400 to work into it. First interval was a struggle because I was not used to the speed. We took about a five minute break then hit a second one. I used flats for the second and it felt great. I was in control for the entire thing. When we were done I definitely felt like I had one or two more left in me but I decided to not run the risk of injury. We ran another 400 and called it good. My left ankle/foot was bothersome during the workout.
