This was just bad. I won't bother posting times because they were atrocious. I just felt flat in the water and I couldn't go fast if I tried, so I considered just quitting halfway through but did it anyway to get the exercise. I think the break set me back since I wasn't able to swim. I also didn't get much sleep considering my family wakes up at like 5 AM every day. Hopefully things will be better tomorrow.
