8-mile progression run with a couple of c/d miles to keep the flexors from talking too much. Opened up conservatively and then pretty much just base jumped from miles 4-8. Around 15-20 second difference per mile. Last mile was a concentrated effort. Right around current 10K pace effort. Felt controlled, but hard. For sure.
I would have liked to run this in the Aces or the T6, but I thought I would give the legs a break. The trails were pretty technical yesterday.
