Workout went pretty well. We were aiming for 5, 6:00, 5:30,5 ,6:00 ,5:30 miles, and we ended up doing 5:03, 6:01, 5:33, 4:57, 5:58, 5:28. For some reason only the second 5min mile (technically 4:57) felt challenging but everything else seemed pretty easy.
