Windy and cold! Somehow dragged myself up and out after a long night and too many drinks. Hip bothered me much more during this run - R side as always. Some pain in the heel of my L foot. Otherwise pace was faster than the effort I felt I was putting forth - a good sign that my fitness may be returning.
