Notes

Took another off day today. Leg felt really good this morning, but still not good enough to where I felt comfortable running on it for a long time. Did rehab this morning, bike in the afternoon, aquajogging, and a swimming workout. Tried weightlifting, but my quad wasn't having any of it. Extensively rolled out my quad after practice, so we'll see how that feels tomorrow. Pretty optimistic still, because of how much better it got in one day. I think I have a handle on this.
