WORKOUT: Hill Runs

5x0.6 mile hill
equal distance jog recovery downhill for both
Good day today. Legs felt really tired. 18F and no wind, but the layers still slow me down. Took advantage of the fact that I'm at Camp and did some hills. Turned right at mile 2, went a little ways down, and ran up that hill to where that tractor used to be at the top of the hill. Pretty tired by the end. Saw nobody the whole time. Was worried about my Achilles and doing hills, but it was fine. Afterwards stretched and did core/glutes, followed by more painting (Ingrid and I have been painting- probably another reason for tired legs).
