Notes

Long run day with the boys. Tryna get everybody together for runs on the weekends now. A little shorter this week because of the race yesterday, but still 13 miles more than on Sundays last year! Definitely missing the pop in my legs today, and I could feel whenever we dipped into the 6:30s that I didn't have much energy. Right foot was hurting every now and again during the last couple miles. Overall just happy to get this out of the way. Stretched and did core/glutes afterwards. Another great week of training in the books!
