Easy run today with the group. Cold front came through so we went North. No dog met us at mile 1 today! I kept the pace nice and easy at the beginning but by the end we were cruising again. I'm listening closely to my body for any warning signs and I'm not running fast enough to be uncomfortable. Last year I was uncomfortable with how fast I was going and then I got hurt. Gotta take this easy. Did some good striders when I got back (only 2 with shoes and 2 with spikes to account for the 2 barefoot ones this morning), and then stretched and iced.
