Notes

Been doing rehab and core every day, doing some weights every other day, and have no run twice for 10 minutes coming back. First time was with the new balance minimus, and I felt some discomfort. Second was with the hokas, and it felt great. Gonna try to up the minutes but continue every other day for now, see how it goes.
