Coach brought us out to the Thompson road, where I ran 8 miles and then did another mile and striders in the Hyslop. Pretty strong southeast wind today and the new snow was drifting over the roads. Pretty cool! What wasn't cool was that my hat didn't do its job today, and as a result my ear is swollen pretty good from the cold. Oh well, it doesn't affect my running at all. Legs felt a little sore and tired, but whatever, I essentially get a day off tomorrow. I'm feeling really good about this race this weekend!
