Notes

Shin was gently throbbing at times yesterday. Legs tired and begging for a day off. Realized that in the last 30 days I've only taken one day off of running, and I was on the bike for an hour anyway. Taking days off is ok. It's makes your weekly mileage go down on RunningAhead, but will taking one day off have a net decrease on your training? Most likely not. In fact, it could have a net benefit from increased rest. Mentally I hate taking days off, but mentally I could use a day off.

I ran 56:24 for 10 miles after taking off 2 weeks for mono and running 30 miles a week. You can take a day off haha
