Easy day with Garrison High again. Ran 2 loops with Hunter, then took off the shoes and ran barefoot for two loops. We hit about 47 minutes at that point and averaging around 8 min pace. The two girls had gotten lost out on the trail so I ran another loop to find them. It was about a mile and a half barefoot at around 5:55-6:00 pace. Felt really on the recently-rained on grass. The first mile of this whole run my legs still felt like trash from yesterday. That was so weird.
