Belmont

Notes

Easy run with Erin today. We did Belmont but turning on 24th instead of 32nd. I added on at the end on the train tracks. A little windy and some sprinkles today, but overall not bad. Legs pretty tired by the end of the run, and it's good to feel that without pain. After that I did 4 good striders on the football field turf, lunges, squats, hurdle mobility, pullups, pushups, planks, and some abs. Then I stretched and iced (no ice-bath today, thanks trainers).
