Notes

Easy run with Ingrid and her teammates again. This time we did run faster than last time, and this was a perfect recovery pace for me. Gosh my legs feel crappy for some reason. I didn't fall on the ice like this morning though! Did 6 good striders on the track after, followed by some barefoot exercises (shin strength ya know) and stretching.
