Went out on the roads north of town. -7 degrees with a 30mph north wind. Pretty cold, safe to say. Did a 7min warmup followed by 7x60sec on the 2:30. Then kept running till coach picked me up and then did another half-mile on the indoor track to top of the day at 10 miles. Felt really strong. I don't think I've ever felt as in shape as I am right now. Really excited for this race at Iowa State this weekend! :)
