Evening swim. Did a total of 1250 yards and then stretched and shoulder mobility afterwards. Did a 500yd warmup, 4x100 IM (only the butterfly was drill), 8x25yd fast (did the first four on the 30 seconds, took a minute rest, then the next four on the 30 seconds), and then a 150yd cooldown. Was planning on doing a 400yd cooldown but my arms were pretty tired.
