Notes

Did 1x2k at 6:20 and then 5x400 at 68-72. Had 2:30 after the 2k and 60 seconds after the 400s. It wasn't designed to be a super-hard workout, but it was enough to make me tired. Not feeling 100% today. Did a longer cooldown, then had weights, stretched, and called it a day.
