Easy afternoon run. Was above 70 degrees and super dry out, so that was nice :)...felt pretty good by the end of the run, but I could tell that my legs wanted to stop around 45 minutes like they usually do. I'll have to teach them that close to an hour is the new normal! Afterwards I did some dynamic drills and 4 hill striders up to the hill cabins. Then I stretched and did some abs/core.
