Decided to run sidewalks and hills from home today. Felt tired and heavy today. I think my intensive exercises on my legs have left them pretty drained. In the last few minutes my knee felt tired, so I stopped a few minutes early. I forewent my exercises today, because I think my legs are just getting beat up- which is exactly what I want. I want to beat up my legs as much as they'll allow, because doing that for months at time is how you grow. Did 2 striders, but just felt sluggish and heavy, so I cut my losses. It was humid af out this morning, and it'll only get worse going into the summer.
