Notes

Easy run today. Legs are very, very tired. Still had my foot wrapped because of my blister, but it's fine. Kind of struggle-busing it today, but my legs are loosening up slowly but surely. Hard workout tomorrow. Hopefully I'll be ready for it. Finished with striders, stretching, and extensive foam-rolling.
