Notes
Easy long-ish run at Turtle River today. A little muddy out, and legs were tired, so some trails were blocked off and we were trotting along at a pretty slow pace today. Legs overall felt really tired but really good. Very peaceful run today. Afterwards did some striders, stretched, and when we got back I did hurdle mobility, lunges, pull-ups, pushups, abs, and planks. Good day.
