Notes

Easy tempo work today. Did a 4k at 5:30 pace, a 5 minute recovery jog, and then a 2k at 5:25 pace. Legs still feeling pretty tired, but overall this was a pretty easy workout. Really no problems or injuries to report. Did some good striders after the run, stretched, and called it a day. Day off tomorrow.
