Notes

Finally got a proper long run in. Legs felt really good overall. For the majority of the first 3/4 of the run I was sitting right around 6:44 pace and feeling really good. As I started to smell the finish I started speeding up until I hit a 6:04 last mile. My breathing was never uncomfortable, but my legs were shot. This was pretty much as far as I could go today, showing how much distance fitness I've lost since cross country. I'd like to get a few more really good long runs in this season. No injuries though, so nothing to complain about. Afterwards stretched, foam-rolled, and did abs.
