Another great morning for running. Temp low 60s, little breezy, light drizzle. Ran soft grass loops around the school. I'm starting to realize how much this soft ground just saps the energy from your legs. Legs felt good and quads, though sore, are getting better. Last mile felt amazing, breathing was never uncomfortable, did 5 good, hard strides and stretched after. Then went home and did the full set of exercises. Here's what I'm doing these days:
45 seconds for each of the three planks
15 pushups
30 each of regular and side sit-ups
50 each side leg raises
50 each straight-and-flexed single leg raises
10 glute bridges
20 each single-leg glute bridges
10 each single-leg squats
15 each lunges
All of it body weight right now
