Easy run with Ryan and Sam today. We did the Emerado road heading west today. We took a little detour south today and then had to turn west again, but the wind had essentially turned to the straight north and my eye was soooooooo cold. I was worried how my groin would feel today, but there were no problems to speak of. Good confidence-booster today :) Got back, stretched, did abs, shoulder mobility, and iced.
