Long run today. Connor ran with me for the first 12 1/2 miles, and I finished up on my own. Legs felt pretty tired early on, but tired was all. There wasn't any side pains or little post-race problems, so I'm thinking that all of my speed work in my lighter-weight shoes is helping me stay healthy and train 100% when I'm racing in spikes, which is something I had never figured out before this year. So glad to be healthy and training. This was a another solid week behind me, and I've got some tough workouts coming up this week! Stretched and did core/glutes afterwards.
