Notes

Easy day today. Pretty much every wrong thing that I'm okay with happened. My legs were tired and really sore, my stomach was cramping bad by the end of the run, and I really had to poop about halfway through. Overall I finished and I'm still uninjured, so I have nothing to complain about. Afterwards did 4 good striders, squats, lunges, stretching, foam-rolling, and icing.
