Easy afternoon run at Camp. Beautiful out here :) ...Rhia (Tynan's dog) actually ran with me the whole way, and she was running through the ditches and snow and it was great! Achilles felt pretty raw today for some reason, maybe the long run yesterday. Either way, stretched afterwards.
