Decided to bike to Beaverdam and try running on the flat dirt trail there. Threw on the Hokas for support. Beautiful weather. Told myself I would absolutely not surpass 10 minutes, no matter how good it felt. Turns out, around minute 6 I started feeling discomfort in that same spot, and a little bit of pain when I stopped. Disappointed to say the least, but not much I can do about it. I've only been doing exercises that cause no pain, and it's clear that running isn't ready yet. Not sure what I did to my leg, but this might be longer than I bargained for.
