Workout today. Finally got to go on the north road, and it was actually pretty good since there wasn't much dirt on it (perfect for fast running). Did a 10 minute warmup, 6x30sec on the 2:00, and cooled down to the Hyslop. Really got the wheels turning on the 30s and felt really strong today. I really pray that I can stay healthy, because I've never felt this confident about my fitness before! :)
