6:20am. Pitch black the whole run. 28F. North wind 7mph. Slick, icy highway. Roughly 1 hour run. I'm back in the groove, man. But real talk, the last couple miles were not enjoyable. And people don't turn off their brights while driving and my eyes are fried. Buttholes.
