Gave a light speed workout a try today. Warmed-up to U-Park and did 2 loops of pickups. I could definitely tell it's been awhile since the legs turned over, but it was good. The main part was that I didn't have pain in my achilles, and that's really all that matters. Conference next week is starting to look more and more like a real possibility. Afterwards I cooled-down, stretched, foam-rolled, had my calves rolled, and iced.
