Notes
Did a 6 mile progressive run with a 3 mile cooldown. Our approximate splits were 7:15, 6:44, 6:30, 6:00, 5:37, 4:52. I'm really excited about it...me and Ross hammered out a sub-5 last mile! Legs felt great, breathing felt good, and I'm just loving training right now :)
Stretching and icing followed.
