Notes

Only did 25 minutes for 2 reasons: 1.) I hit my 70 minutes of training per day that I want to be at and 2.) My butt was starting to hurt on the bike. Maybe tomorrow I'll do some elliptical with it. Also did a 5 minute warmup on the bike this morning before I did a quick yet effective abs/core workout. After biking I stretched and ice-bathed.
