Notes

Exact same thing as yesterday. 15 minute warmup on the track, 3x300m with 2 minute recovery, and then 5 minute cooldown. I hit 43.5, 44.2, 43.8 for the 300s. It was really hard and I was pretty much exhausted when it was finished. However, I'm still healthy and that's what matters right now. We leave for Bozeman tomorrow and I'm running the 1200 leg of the DMR.
