Afternoon run. The NWS says 97 heat index when we worked out today. We ran along the train tracks for our usual 2 mile warmup to U-park and then we did 3 laps of North/South pickups. Legs are pretty tired from all this hard training, but it felt good to be really tired from a workout. That's how you get better. We lightly jogged it back from there. Then I did some striders (felt amazing) and then stretched. Then in the weightroom we had med-balls and stabilization. After that I iced and called it a day. Race in 2 days!
