Notes

First day back with the team. Did a 15 minute warmup to the track, 3x400m on the turf, and then cooldown until I hit 40 minutes. Did the 400s in 75, 72, and 69. Obviously I'm a little out of shape, but today was a good confidence builder. It feels good knowing that I'm healthy and I can hop back into training. 45 minutes tomorrow.
