Notes
Went for a long run during the meet today. Started out with Sam and Parker and finished the last half by myself. We found a sweet trail through the woods on the campus and then we played around on a high ropes course for a little while, but then we found a sign that punished monetary fees and jail time if we were caught trespassing there. So we left there. We spent the rest of the time running on a bike path and then I dabbled into the woods a little bit again. It's so cool! Lots of running on grass today and my legs are pretty tired. Easy day tomorrow and then brutal workout on Monday. Bring it on!
