Easy day with Darin and Ryan. Did the normal 8 mile north route. About 45 degrees and sunny, so lots of puddles and water to avoid (or not avoid hehe), so my shoes were pretty soaked. Got to run shirtless today! No pain in my lower leg from what I could tell. Stretched, ice-bathed, and called it a day. Headed home for break! A good week of training coming back.
