25 minute barefoot
We got a significant amount of rain yesterday, for the first time in months. We are still in an extreme drought, but today was wet enough that I could run barefoot for the first time in weeks. It felt soooooo good to not have brown, prickly grass, if for one day. Legs pretty tired at the beginning, opened up to 6:30 for each of the last two miles. Tried striders at the end but legs didn't feel good at those speeds so I stopped during the second one.
