Notes

Did 4 loops of pickups today. Legs felt pretty crappy at the beginning, loosened up a lot and felt great, and then got pretty tired by the end. Overall breathing felt good, and the cooldown was kind of rough because of how tired my legs were. After that I did hurdle mobility, lunges, squats, stretching, foam-rolling, and getting my calves rolled.
