Notes
Did a 7 mile run to the track, and then 3x400m at 70sec with 75sec rest, then jogged a little around the track and back to the Hyslop to get a solid 8 in for the day. Legs really tired today, and the 400s were rough. Just gotta keep grinding out every day. My foot stills feels a little weird, but I didn't really feel it at all during the run, which is good the day after speed. After the run I just stretched and iced.
